Join our group training session to elevate your Foundation Skills! At our Life Skills Workshops we will be working as a group and train particular skills at each session - in a real-life environment! This is a skills masterclass with a maximum of 4 dog and owner teams. Whether we are proofing our "Settle" in a cafe, Recall in a woodland full of wildlife or challenging our teams in a busy town centre - these workshops are pushing you and your dog past the Foundations! VENUE DEPENDING ON WORKSHOP TOPIC - please check details before booking. Training Topics: • Focus & Engagement in a busy environment • Basic obedience around distractions • Desensitisation to novel sounds and smells Meeting Point: Witney - exact location TBC You will need: • Basic obedience skills in a low distraction environment • High value treats • Treat pouch • 2 toys your dog loves to play with • Dog poo bags • Water for your dog • Backpack for all your stuff - we are training ON THE GO! Included: • Training Tips & Feedback • Images and/or video analysis • Support hotline • Follow - up email Great for: • Elevating and progressing your Foundation Training • Generalising taught behaviour • Environment training • Owners who enjoy training with others • Dogs who have basic obedience skills • Strengthening the relationship with your dog • Teaching your dog essential urban skills Is this workshop for me? • Please note we cannot accept bitches in season or any dogs that are unwell to our workshop. • Suitable for dogs age 4+months • Suitable for dogs who have basic obedience skills (if you have not attended any sessions with us previously and are unsure if this is an appropriate challenge for you and your dog please just get in touch!) • The workshop will be held outdoors. Hopefully the weather will be kind, but please dress appropriately. • As we will be working in a group, all dogs attending must be happy to be around other dogs & people. • If you have a reactive dog, please just get in touch and we can discuss how we can best support you. Prior to the workshop you will receive an email confirming where and when to meet and what to bring along. PLEASE ENSURE YOU RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION. Please note as per government regulations, any breed which is on the banned bred list at the start of the course twill unfortunately not be able to take part in any sessions.
