Do you own a gundog breed who is always on the go, perhaps chasing wildlife or driving you mad with their seemingly endless amount of energy? Come and join our fun workshop and learn about your dog, what they love (and why), channel their energy into something fun AND train them at the same time! At each "Fun Gundog Skills" workshop we will be challenging 4 dog and handler teams with different environments and teaching new skills that are - great for confidence building - strengthening the bond between dog and human - encouraging cognitive development - supporting your day 2 day training and walking routine - meeting your dog's needs Date: Tuesday 13 May 2025 Time: 6.30-8.00pm Location: Bampton OX18 (meeting point will be confirmed via email). Please note we will be training in a variety of environments so please bring a backpack for your stuff (see below) as we will be walking & training ON THE GO! Each workshop will cover different gundog skills in a variety of environments! Is this workshop for me? - This 1.5hour workshop is suitable for beginners - No previous gundog training knowledge is required, however, it is beneficial if your dog has an understanding of basic obedience. - This workshop will be held outdoors. Hopefully the weather will be kind, but please dress appropriately. - This workshop is suitable for dogs from 4 months of age. - As we will be working in a group , all dogs attending must be happy to be around other dogs & people. PLEASE NOTE BITCHES IN SEASON AND ANY DOGS THAT ARE UNWELL ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THE WORKSHOP. Please bring: Your dog (that always helps)! Flat collar/harness & lead. No flexi leads please!
